Delivering results for buyers and sellers, while offering clear, step-by-step guidance along the way, is how Maria Nichols provides exemplary service. Her highest priority is to make your experience the best it can be ― from an initial strategy session to talk about your goals, through a supported buying or selling process, to a successful close. In 2021, she founded Reveal Real Estate, a company dedicated to giving clients a transparent view of the real estate process, step by step.
 
A top Bay Area real estate producer and former CEO of a multichain cafe and wholesale organization, Maria puts her real estate expertise and business acumen to work for her clients. From marketing to budget analysis to negotiating for the greatest return, Maria strives to meet her clients’ needs and surpass their expectations.
 
Born in Ukraine (she is fluent in Russian), where private property was forbidden under communism, Maria’s fascination with homeownership was awakened after moving to the U.S. with her family. Just before completing a degree at USC’s Marshall School of Business, she sought and was awarded a prestigious internship at a national homebuilder in Las Vegas. Her performance earned her a full-time job. The joy she felt giving delighted clients their keys to a new home cemented her love for real estate and service.
 
Maria has had her salesperson license since 2004, and she has worked through various market cycles. After earning her broker’s license in 2009, Maria ran her own Bay Area agency. The depth of her experience means no situation is too complex: Maria has helped clients sell and buy during the pandemic, negotiated successfully for buyers in competitive markets, and relocated multigenerational families from disparate locations into a single community.
 
When she’s not working with her clients, Maria keeps up with her active young daughters, Sasha and Sofia, and spends time with her beloved husband, Jeff. She loves the Bay Area, which has been her home since 1992.
