Originally from Kazakhstan, Katerina Li has always had an affinity for the beautiful Bay Area and a passion for real estate. Her 15 years in the event and hospitality industries have spanned the entire globe — from Kazakhstan to Mongolia, Turkey to New York City, and St. Louis to the lovely Bay Area.

After spending a decade and a half helping others celebrate their most memorable moments, Katerina was drawn toward deepening the care she is capable of providing people by becoming a Realtor®. Now she is proud to guide people in making the significant and exciting decision to buy or sell their home.

Katerina's cosmopolitan travels have exposed her to a diverse and vast array of real estate properties. Along the way, she developed an appreciation and sophisticated taste for the many different architectural approaches to building a home. Now she aims to help people get exactly what they're looking for when it comes to finding a space in which to spend life or raise a family.

Coming from a childhood filled with music, song, and competitive dance, Katerina still enjoys many forms of artistic and creative expression. Playing guitar and piano, dancing, playing tennis, and practicing martial arts are all part of her daily life. And with an endless love for nature, she enjoys exploring every corner of America's national parks and, of course, the beautiful beaches of every coastal setting.
