$99,000

Best hunting property you will find under $100k! Two adjacent parcels to be sold together totaling over 43 acres with a year round spring that has never gone dry. This is the last property at the end of Rocky Creek Road and has thousands of acres of Cache Creek Wilderness/BLM on three sides. Hundreds of these acres are inaccessible to anyone else, so you have even more of your own personal hunting area. Lots of open meadows for superior visuals and animal tracking, plus seasonal Rocky Creek runs through the property. There are old roads cut in through both parcels so you can enjoy hiking or dirt biking throughout the property and soak up the incredible views from up to 2600ft elevation. In addition, there are two seasonal ponds, lots of flat usable areas, and two large metal storage containers. Road to get there is rough and will require 4x4 with good clearance, but once you are there, you can enjoy complete peace and privacy.
